Michael Logan is the authority-flouting leader of a police task force responsible for dismantling organised crime in the capital. Away from his colleagues, Michael smudges the lines between law and disorder by aligning himself with Turkish smugglers. A rival Albanian threatens everything that Michael holds dear. While internal affairs probes Michael’s transgressions, the law-breaking officer resolves to protect himself by bringing down the Albanians.
