In a nightmarish modern day world, the undead roam the wastelands, while the survivors of the zombie holocaust go about their everyday lives within a heavily fortified city. Outside the perimeter, a vast army of the undead is amassing, preparing to storm the barricades; inside the walls, tensions between the haves, in their plush skyscraper towers, and the have-nots threaten to ignite.
