Ferdie is the ageing postman in the sleepy village of Pocolim in Goa. His heart was broken 46 years ago when the love of his life, Stefanie Fernandes, rejected his written marriage proposal. Out of the blue, the very same letter that Ferdie wrote to Fanny is slipped under his door and the postman realises to his intense shock and surprise that his heartfelt missive never reached Fanny.
