Pierre Dulaine is a four-time ballroom dancing world champion, who developed the Dancing Classrooms programme, which inspires lasting change for fifth grade children and their families through dance. In this uplifting and feel-good documentary, Dulaine returns to the deeply divided city of his birth, Jaffa, in the hope that he can work miracles there too.
