Failed artist Mark wakes one morning and discovers that he no longer has any water supply or electricity to his flat. Even more troubling, glue has been poured around the frame of his front door, sealing him inside. As he looks out from his block of flats, Mark sees dozens of mysterious figures in protective suits patrolling the grounds and snatching other residents from their flats.
