Children Of The Snow Land

In the High Himalayas of Nepal, life is a battle against the elements but for young children, there is no chance of gaining the education they need to advance in life. Consequently, selfless parents send their little ones from the age of four to study under a Buddhist monk in the capital, Kathmandu. This documentary follows one group of children, brought up in a word of modern conveniences and social media, who return to the highest inhabited place on the planet just as a devastating earthquake strikes.
