Sidney and Dre are best friends and soulmates who are heavily involved in the music industry: Sid is a revered critic on a glossy magazine and Dre seeks out new talent for a record label devoted to upcoming hip hop acts. On the eve of his wedding to control freak Reese, Dre realises he loves Sid and they share a passionate kiss. However, the wedding still goes ahead and the friends try to get on with their lives as if nothing has happened.
