Released in October 2011, Biophilia is the eighth studio album by Icelandic singer-songwriter Bjork. This experimental LP combines themes of technology and nature in a soundscape of electronic and acoustic music. In this live recording of a concert at Alexandra Palace in London on September 3, 2013, Bjork performs the entire album accompanied by the Icelandic Female Choir and a selection of instruments created specifically for the performance including a pendulum-harp and a tesla coil.
