Nineteen-year-old Frankie has been forced into the role of man of the house by the rapidly declining health of his father. Frankie tries to be strong for his mother Donna and sister Carla but really, he just wants to get high and fool around with his buddies Alexei, Jesse and Nick at the Coney Island amusement park.
