Rinko and Shigehiko are trapped in a loveless marriage, living more as friends than man and wife. The desires which lurk beneath the couple’s placid surface explode when Rinko receives a package containing photographs of herself in compromising sexual positions. The sender threatens to send the photographs to Shigehiko unless Rinko completes a series of challenges, each inspired by the married woman’s darkest and most embarrassing fantasies.
