Pietro is a 28-year-old gay actor, who arrives in Rome to chase his dreams. Initially, he stays with his cousin Maria while holding down a job in a bakery but her snoring and occasional overtures convince Pietro to find a place of his own. He thinks he has hit the jackpot when an estate agent shows him an old apartment with a balcony within his price range. Having signed the lease, Pietro discovers it is haunted by the ghosts of an old theatrical troupe.
