Many of the enduring images of conflict have been captured by brave photographers, who were in the right place at the right time. This documentary pays tribute to one of these unseen chroniclers of modern history, Jason P Howe, a travel journalist who became a war photographer in 2001 and has been embedded with various forces in Afghanistan, Colombia, Iraq and Lebanon, putting himself in harm’s way in search of the perfect snapshot.
