Jack Silva, David Benton, Mark Geist, Kris Paronto, John Tiegen and Tyrone Woods are former Navy SEALs, Marines and Army Rangers, who risk their lives under the monicker of the Global Response Staff (GRS). In September 2012, they are stationed at a CIA compound in Benghazi, under the watchful eye of station chief Bob. The US Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, visits the region and is slain by Islamic militants. The members of GRS race to intervene and find themselves heavily outnumbered.
