David Beckham confirms that bum spotted by passers-by on Brick Lane roof was his

David Beckham has been spotted wearing nothing but a pair of underpants and a vest on a Brick Lane roof top.

The father-of-four was filming a new advert for his latest underwear collection at the Old Trueman Brewery for H&M when passers-by caught sight of him.

- who has sons Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, and eight-year-old Cruz and daughter Harper, two, with his wife Victoria Beckham -

One onlooker said: "You don't expect to be walking along the street only to see Becks in his pants!

"There were some blackout screens so not everyone could see him as he ran along the top of the building, but those who did certainly got a treat. He even took off his vest at one point so everyone could see his tattooed chest."

Fans needn't have worried for Beckham's safety during his sky-high antics as he was supported by a special hardness and his feet were protected by nude-coloured shoes.

The former footballer had a tattooed body double at hand to film some of the more dangerous scenes in the racy advert, due to debut in February.

Beckham previously insisted the most important parts of his anatomy shown in the H&M ad were definitely his own, joking: "The crotch is mine and the backside is mine.

"Someone said that I had a stand-in for my bum but, no, I can confirm that's my bum."
