Kate Moss tries to keep her look as natural as possible when it comes to festival season and doesn’t wear too much make up.

39-nine-year-old Kate, shown below in a video of celebrities arriving at London’s Serpentine Gallery last night (Wednesday, 26 June 2013), has a summer full of appearances including around London and out of town with the summer festival set.

The supermodel is a regular at music festivals such as Glastonbury – which takes place this weekend – and while fans may be used to seeing her perfectly made up, she tries to look as simplistic as possible when camping out to see her favourite bands.

She said: “My festival look is always natural, never too much make up. For my hair I use a bit of salt spray to create that kind of tousled look, to bring the beach to the festival.”

The Croydon born beauty is equally lax about her outfit choice while in the mosh pit, opting for a pair of denim shorts and wellington boots – but this year, she may try and put on a pair of heels at Glastonbury if there’s no mud.

She added to MarieClaire.co.uk: “I’ll be wearing the normal little hot pants and wellingtons this festival season. But if I can get away with a heel then I will.”

Kate is no stranger to suffering for beauty and after a weekend of hard partying at a festival, she often plunges her face into a bowl of stone cold ice if her face is looking “puffy”.

She explained: “If I wake up in the morning and look tired and puffy, I fill a sink with ice and cucumber and submerge my face. It instantly tightens everything making you feel and look instantly awake.”
