Wheelie odd bin drives itself around London, hands out free bottles of wine

A wheelie bin has been spotted driving itself around the streets of central London, feeding the ducks and buying a copy of the Big Issue.

The people-friendly bin is called Oddbin and is the creation of wine-shop chain Oddbins, who have posted up a video of their mascot’s antics, which also included handing out free bottles of vino.

Oddbin first saw the light of day back in 2011 when it helped promote wine-bottle recycling. This time around, the intrepid wheelie bin is out to publicise Oddbins’ revamped website – www.oddbins.com – and various wine offers.
