The pop star has been spending time away from the band after she was admitted to rehab for “unconfirmed reasons” in October and although she has been given the go-ahead to join tour rehearsals she will not be participating in the girl group’s other work commitments.

In a statement released to the MailOnline, the band’s representative said: “Frankie is still ill and she’s taking her time to recover. Under doctor’s orders she is only permitted to attend tour rehearsals.

“She’s easing herself back in to things with the group but will be appearing on the tour which starts at the end of this month.”

The 22-year-old singer did not appear with the other girls – Rochelle Wiseman, Una Healy, Mollie King and Vanessa White – for their UK TV appearances yesterday (15.11.11) but she will be ready for their tour which kicks off in Bournemouth on 2 December.

But Frankie and her bandmates – who release their third album On Your Radar on November 21 – did all meet up on Monday (14.11.11) for rehearsals in London.

The brunette beauty’s boyfriend, Manchester City soccer player Wayne Bridge, has been caring for her and cooking homemade meals for her since she left rehab.
