A MAVERICK mix of live music, comedy and theatre has been announced for the daytime sessions of the Camden Crawl, which this year takes place on the May bank holiday weekend.
They haven’t yet come clean about which bands are turning up, but the venues are booked and each will either feature a certain type of music or be hosted by a specific label. For example, on Saturday 1 May, the Hawley Arms is all about acoustic stuff, while the Constitution sees Island Records put on a BBQ-themed party.
Meanwhile, comedy, improv and other fun and games – including something called Bring & Share Musical Bingo – are there as a rival temptation to the sounds.
Night-time arrangements will be sorted out in the next few weeks.
The Camden Crawl takes place on 1 and 2 May.
